On February 5, 2010, with no formal culinary training, I turned my hobby into a career and opened the doors of The Sweet Spot Bake Shoppe.  Since day one, our mission has been simple:

Provide our community with fresh, delicious baked goods like Mom used to make. 

We bake every cookie, cupcake and cake from scratch, daily, on the premises, with no added preservatives.  We bake the same way for our business as we do for friends and family.  No box mixes, no preservatives and certainly no ingredients that you can't find in your own pantry.  A visit to The Sweet Spot is an opportunity to give your family delicious, home baked goods when you don't have time to make them yourself.

The Sweet Spot would not be what it is today without the unending support of my family, friends and the customers and staff I now consider to be part of my family.  The Sweet Spot is a realization of so many of my dreams and I consider myself incredibly fortunate to be able to share the sweet life with every one of my customers.
